2. Prohibited Content

You may not use OEMads.click to advertise, promote, or submit content that includes:

  • Illegal products or services (e.g. unlicensed gambling, drugs, weapons)
  • Adult content or sexually explicit material
  • Hate speech, violence, or discriminatory language
  • False, misleading, or deceptive claims
  • Malware, spyware, or phishing content
  • Unauthorized use of third-party trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials
  • Political or religious propaganda unless specifically approved

3. Creative Guidelines

All ad creatives submitted must:

  • Be clear, high-quality, and free of misleading elements
  • Include valid links that function properly
  • Not auto-download or auto-install any software or apps
  • Be reviewed and approved by our campaign team before scheduling

4. User Conduct

Users of OEMads.click must not:

  • Attempt to disrupt, hack, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or associated systems
  • Abuse, harass, or threaten Carbondyne Ltd staff or partners
  • Resell, white-label, or redistribute OEMads.click services without written consent

5. Fair Use and Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit or throttle access to the platform in case of abuse
  • Pause campaigns if content violates OEM or telco partner guidelines
  • Request additional verification or documentation for business legitimacy

6. Compliance and Enforcement

Failure to comply with this AUP may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of your campaign or account
  • Forfeiture of any unused campaign value (if malicious intent is found)
  • Legal action where applicable under Bangladeshi or international law

7. Updates

This AUP may be updated at any time. It is the user’s responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
