At OEMAds.click, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products and services, please note the following policy:
1. Digital Gift Cards & Vouchers
All sales of digital products (gift cards, vouchers, gaming credits) are final.
Once a code has been delivered to your email or account dashboard, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused codes after delivery.
2. Advertising Campaign Subscriptions
Subscription fees for OEM advertising campaigns are billed in advance.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
No refunds will be issued for partially used periods, unused impressions, or clicks.
3. Exceptions for Refunds
Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:
Non-delivery of a purchased product or campaign due to technical error attributable to us.
Incorrect product delivered (e.g., wrong denomination or region of a digital card).
Duplicate payment made in error.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact us at support@oemads.click with your order ID and details.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment method.
