2. Eligibility

  • Be legally authorized to act on behalf of your business or organization (if applicable)

3. Services Offered

We provide:

  • Predefined ad packages with guaranteed impressions or click-throughs
  • Campaign onboarding and consultancy
  • MMP setup assistance
  • Basic and advanced campaign performance reports

Campaign delivery timelines and formats may vary based on OEM inventory and targeting availability.

4. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless stated otherwise.
  • Orders are confirmed upon successful payment via WooCommerce.
  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason, including policy violations or lack of inventory.

5. Subscription Terms

For recurring plans:

  • Billing is done monthly or annually based on the selected package.
  • You may cancel at any time, but active campaigns are non-refundable once launched.
  • Renewal occurs automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

6. Return & Refund Policy

All purchases are final once a campaign is activated.
Refunds are eligible only if:

  • The campaign is not launched
  • A refund is requested within 24 hours of purchase
  • The order was placed in error (e.g., duplicate)

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Submit accurate campaign inputs (ad creatives, links, targeting info)
  • Refrain from submitting misleading, offensive, or illegal content
  • Use OEMads.click solely for lawful business promotion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if these responsibilities are violated.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and technology on OEMads.click are the property of Carbondyne Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of this site without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific user behavior or ROI from impressions or click-throughs.
Carbondyne Ltd is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Performance variances due to OEM inventory changes
  • Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate campaign submissions

10. Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Dhaka.
