At OEMads.click, we are committed to delivering guaranteed impressions and click-throughs via our OEM advertising campaigns. Since our services are digital and time-bound, please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Nature of Service
All OEM advertising packages purchased through OEMads.click are:
- Non-tangible digital services
- Customized to each client’s campaign
- Pre-scheduled and prepaid
As such, standard returns do not apply once the campaign is activated.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- Campaign not delivered due to technical failure on our side
- Service not activated and refund requested within 24 hours of purchase
- Duplicate orders made by mistake
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
No refunds will be issued for:
- Campaigns that have already been launched or scheduled
- Unsatisfactory performance within guaranteed limits (e.g., 100,000 impressions or 4,000 click-throughs as agreed)
- Delays caused by incomplete client submissions (e.g., missing creatives)
- Change of mind after order confirmation
4. Cancellation Policy
- Campaigns can be cancelled within 24 hours of order only if not activated.
- After activation or submission to OEM partners, cancellations are not possible.
- Refunds for cancelled but non-activated orders will be processed within 7 working days.

- Your order ID
- Reason for the refund request
- Proof of error (if applicable)
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
